Dunkick accept returns for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order. This excludes pre-owned items.

 

please contact us at support@dunkkick.com for information about returns within 7 days of receiving your order and we will create a return ticket in our system for you.

 

Please ensure that you return goods to us within 14 days from delivery. We recommend that you return your items via registered and insured post, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us. 

 

Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

 

Return Guidelines

 

- Please clearly state the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange,

 

- We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn, washed or altered, please ensure the item is stored in a clean and smoke free environment.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

 

- We are unable to accept items that have been sourced for you as part of our sourcing service, this will be made aware to you before you order and upon confirmation from yourself we will accept payment and process. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

 

- Products should be returned in the original packaging, with their respective brand tags still attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes or other branded packaging should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product.

 

- Please do not remove the security tag if you wish to return any item(s). Any item(s) sent back to us with the security tag removed or broken will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

 

We may not be able to accept a return if the above guidelines have not been met and return the goods to you at your own cost.

 

- If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

 

- Exchanges and refunds are offered to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases from dunkkick.com. However, customers that excessively return items may be refused at our sole discretion.

If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.

 

Christmas Shopping:

- All items purchased from the 1st November can be exchanged or returned until the 31st January.
