Refund policy

 

We (DunKick) deliver using the following shipping services : DHL, EMS, UPS OR FEDEX 

Our estimated delivery time is 10 days ( Express Delivery ) .

Available options are shown at checkout.

All orders are fully compensated and insured with the chosen courier.

Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email so you are kept informed on your order as soon as it's placed.  

DunKick will not be responsible for parcels that goes missing due to incorrect shipping address given.  

DunKick is not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the Post Office in the time-frame given on the courier website.

These items will not be 'returned to sender' as our address will not be written on or inside parcels for obvious security reasons.

Any other items that do not arrive because the courier lost them will either be refunded or sent a replacement item out if available.

Delays can occur during busy periods, we will make sure you are updated from the moment you place an order.

International Postage International postage costs will depend on the weight and value of the item, the price will be shown at checkout.

If you are based outside the United Kingdom & Israel , the following postage timeframes are calculated at checkout.

We use DHL Express for all International orders. International buyers may receive a customs charge.

Failure to pay THE customs charge will result in additional charges and the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for THE initial shipping cost.

Our return policy is detailed and explained down below :

If 14 days has passed since you have received your item, unfortunately you are not eligible to open a return request.

We are unable to provide refunds once a product is used.

To complete your return, the return form provided ( via email )must be filled out and all instructions on the form must be completed. 

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, all tags/labels attached and the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You must also use a tracked and signed for delivery service.

We recommend using UPS.

DHL / Royal Mail are also recommended.

DunKick will not be responsible for the postage expenses of the return.

You're item will be fully refunded as per the order.

Once processed, please allow up to 1-3 business days for the payment to be applied back to the payment method.  

DunKick now offers an exchange service! You may return the original item and fill the out the form with your desired exchange size.

Once we have received you're return, we will email you a new tracking number once we has dispatched the replacement.

Sometimes the desired size may be sold out, we will contact you to discuss available options. In the unlikely event, if the wrong size or product has been sent by DunKick , the customer must inform us whiten 14 days of receiving the item.

the item must be returned in its original box, unused condition and resalable condition.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed, only if the incorrect product or a faulty product is received.
