    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments through PayPlus allowing the follow credit card types : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover & Diners Club .

    We accept payments through PayPlus allowing you to buy & slice the full price in 3 monthly instalments, interest free.

    For customers who doesn't own a credit card , we also accept Bank transfare for the following countries : United Kingdom, United States & Israel. ( Contact us for placing an order)

    Where is my refund?

    If a cancellation was made prior to the order being processed, and we confirmed by email that your order was cancelled, then we will issue a full refund through the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@dunkkick.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    When will my order arrive?

    If you're located in the Usa, Uk, Israel, Canada . we currently use FedEx so that means your order should arrive in 5 days (order procceing is not included in the shipping time) so that means your order will take 5-10 days to arrive .

    What countries do you ship to?

    We currently ship worldwide ! make sure to check out our shipping policy to check which delivery carrier is supported in your country . 

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online or through our website by clicking " Where's my order ? "

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, make sure to read our return policy !

    How do I return an item?

    Please contact our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
